We are seeking a dynamic and driven
Business Development Manager*
to uncover new opportunities and drive growth in our core Crushing operations across Western Australia's thriving mining sector.

This is your chance to work with a respected industry leader, build strategic client relationships, and directly influence the company's success in a high-impact, outward-facing role.

*Job Description:*

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across WA's mining landscape, with a focus on crushing services.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and align MLG's capabilities with future demand.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Business Operations team to feed the pricing pipeline with qualified, well-timed opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

*Desired Skills And Experience
Experience and Knowledge Required:*

  • 3-5 years proven track record in business development within the mining services sector—ideally crushing and screening or related services
  • Exceptional ability to identify new business opportunities and convert them into tangible outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
  • Confident communicator with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Existing network of industry contacts in WA and across Australia

*Licences And Qualifications:*

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering or a related discipline - Desirable
