Are you a detail-loving, task-tackling, people-pleasing admin legend with a passion for property? Empire Legal is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join our awesome crew. In this role, you'll be the go-to support for our file handlers, keeping matters on track, clients in the loop, and settlements running like clockwork.

This isn't just admin… this is a role where you'll directly shape the client experience and be an essential part of the conveyancing process.

About You:

· You're confident speaking with clients, agents, banks and brokers.

· You're organised, thorough, and love ticking things off your to-do list.

· You've got solid attention to detail and can follow process like a pro.

· You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and staying calm in the chaos.

· You're a team player, and you genuinely care about delivering great client service and chipping in to help the wider team where necessary. We're all in this together

· Experience in conveyancing or legal admin is a big plus (but not a dealbreaker if you are fast learner).

In This Role, You'll:

· Support sale and purchase matters from contract through to settlement

· Liaise with clients and third parties via phone and email

· Conduct property searches and review client documents

· Draft correspondence and system-generated documents

· Assist with stamping, billing, settlements and PEXA workspaces

· Prepare Titles Office forms and ensure deadlines are met

· Maintain accurate file records using our conveyancing software

· Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence and care

· Stay across industry updates and changes

· Contribute meaningfully to team goals, with performance bonuses tied to KPIs

· Most importantly, help make the client journey smooth, informed and stress-free
