At NPR Law, we specialise in providing legal services in property and commercial law. Our team has extensive experience in navigating the complex legal landscape of property and commercial law.

The opportunity

We are seeking a junior lawyer to join our fast growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with a wide range of commercial matters & property transactions, including residential and commercial conveyancing and commercial law. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer with a passion for property and commercial law.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate must have completed their Bachelor of Laws.

To succeed in this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate:

· Strong interpersonal and written communication skills;

· Basic understanding of the conveyancing process;

· Excellent attention to detail;

· High level of accuracy;

· An ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, manage time effectively and work as part of a small team;

· Good telephone manner;

· Experience with Microsoft Word & Outlook;

· A professional manner; and

· Enthusiasm & willingness to learn.

Key duties include

  • Assisting with commercial conveyancing matters
  • Assisting with business sale and purchase matters
  • Drafting lease documents
  • Drafting commercial agreements
  • Assisting with resumption matters
  • Answering the telephone
  • Opening files

We are located close to public transport and have free carparking.
