A trusted legal firm in Capalaba known for its high-quality, client-focused service, is seeking a capable and detail-oriented
Conveyancing Assistant
to support their residential property team.

This is a
short-term, high-impact role
—initially for one months sickness cover but with scope for going on longer - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing the day-to-day flow of conveyancing matters.


About the Role

You'll be supporting the conveyancing process from contract to settlement, working closely with a solicitor who also handles commercial matters. Your focus will be on
residential conveyancing
, with a steady stream of files:


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage residential conveyancing files
  • Draft and review contracts, disclosure documents, and settlement paperwork
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and solicitors
  • Use
    PEXA
    and
    Compartó
    for electronic settlements and document exchange
  • Ensure compliance with timelines and legal requirements
  • Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team


What You'll Bring

  • Experience in residential conveyancing (essential)
  • Familiarity with

  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple files
