Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the effective management of our valued clients' buildings, infrastructure, and services. This includes overseeing maintenance, repairs, compliance, space planning, contractor management, and ensuring that all facilities meet the needs of the business, tenants, staff, and regulatory requirements.
Due to continued growth, TGC Property Group is hiring an additional Facilities Manager to join their existing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Maintenance:
Oversee day-to-day maintenance and repairs of all facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and safety. - Vendor & Contractor Management:
Engage, supervise, and manage third-party contractors and service providers, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost efficiency. - Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety regulations, fire safety standards, and essential services requirements. - Asset Management:
Maintain accurate records of building assets, warranties, and scheduled maintenance activities. - Budget Management:
Prepare and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting, cost control, and reporting. - Emergency & Risk Management:
Develop and maintain emergency response plans, building evacuation procedures, and risk registers. - Sustainability Initiatives:
Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and implement environmentally sustainable practices.
