The Security Operations Manager provides leadership and expertise in physical, personnel and information security to protect and safeguard Northrop Grumman Australia's (NGA) employees, assets, visitors and information.

Managing a nationally geographically dispersed team, you will focus on the delivery of Security Operations to the NGA business on both NGA and customer premises in support of NGA's facility footprint. With demonstrated experience within Defence, Government Agencies or Defence Industry, you will be a passionate, engaging and methodical leader.

This position is based in Brisbane, QLD.

About you:

As a people leader, you will be a natural at engaging with a broad range of stakeholder groups and fostering a positive culture of security awareness and compliance.

You will have qualifications in Protective Security. Physical and Information Security training, experience and qualifications will be highly desired. With an eye for continuous improvement and efficiency, you will be adept at maturing processes, policies and systems and strong technical subject matter knowledge.

A strong understanding and proven experience in the practical application of the PSPF, DSPF, and ISM is a must-have for this role. At times, you may be required to travel or attend to respond to incidents on an ad-hoc basis.
