About the Role

We're seeking a confident, assertive, and compassionate leader who excels at developing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional client outcomes, and driving business growth. In this role, you'll:

  • Lead and foster a positive, collaborative, and dynamic workplace culture.
  • Drive compliance and operational performance within human services funding models, including NDIS and Aged Care.
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow our client base and secure sustainable funding streams.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, referral networks, and service providers to position our organisation as a provider of choice.
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement, creative problem-solving, and innovative teamwork.
  • Mentor and empower team members, supporting them to reach their full potential while building organisational capacity.
