We recycle and remanufacture over 970,000 tonnes of cardboard every year. We make boxes from 100% recycled paper or kraft, both of which are easily recycled through established recycling services. Our network includes 18 state-of-the-art cardboard box facilities and around 153,000 products—offering you the choice and supply chain certainty you need.

This role is responsible for leading a high-performing Electrical team where your technical expertise and leadership will drive safety, quality, and operational excellence. It will be based in Carole Park, QLD, the Electrical Supervisor will report into the Maintenance Manager.

  • Enforce PPE use, housekeeping, and recycling procedures
  • Participate in risk assessments and monthly safety activities
  • Ensure accurate completion of safety documentation (e.g., JSEAs, Risk Assessments, Permit to Work)
  • Report and escalate incidents, near misses, and nonconformities
  • Support environmental compliance and incident reporting
  • Monitor daily plans, downtime, and break schedules
  • Ensure timely line start-up post-maintenance
  • Minimise downtime and support productivity improvements
  • Complete and communicate shift reports and feedback
  • Share downtime targets and improvement goals with the team
  • Troubleshoot equipment and provide technical expertise
  • Raise maintenance requests and purchase requisitions
  • Create IFS notifications and prioritise work orders
  • Support Planning team with technical input
  • Review, verify, and train team on SOPs
  • Lead by example and uphold safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Coordinate daily resources, rotations, and training needs
  • Identify skill gaps and communicate with Shift Manager
  • Conduct crew meetings and support team development
  • Manage leave, attendance, and labour hour tracking (KRONOS/timesheets)
  • Identify, propose, and implement improvement initiatives
  • Audit work areas for procedural compliance
  • Recommend technical solutions to enhance performance

What You Will Bring:

  • Electrical Trade qualifications/Electrical License
  • Experience managing small high performing electrical teams
  • Knowledge of AS/NZ S 3000
  • Maintenance software systems experience
  • Manufacturing process experience
  • Knowledge and experience in safety procedures
