About the Role:

Join 107 Coffee Terminal as a Franchise Operations Manager in Brisbane, QLD. You will oversee multiple franchise locations, develop SOPs, KPIs, marketing strategies, and support their growth. Your focus will be on ensuring consistent, high-quality service, improving operations, and driving brand success across the region.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support and guide franchise owners for smooth operations

  • Manage daily site activities across multiple locations

  • Develop SOPs, dashboards, and marketing plans

  • Enforce standards, coach staff, and boost sales/KPIs

  • Conduct site visits, audits, and staff training

  • Identify improvement opportunities in sales, service, and compliance

  • Collaborate with the corporate team and support franchise growth

Who We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years in franchise or multi-site management in F&B

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Customer-focused with high standards of quality

  • Ability to travel regularly between locations

  • Experience managing budgets, P&L, and franchise systems

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience

  • Valid Australian driver's license and right to work in Australia
