Redcape Hospitality has recently acquired the Orion Hotel in Springfield, QLD. Excitingly we are now seeking an experienced, passionate and people-centric hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team as our Gaming Manager. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's Gaming related operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

Duties and Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, where you will take carriage of general gaming operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Leading a team of gaming staff, as we strive to offer extraordinary customer experiences.
 - Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
 - Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
 - Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with your Hotel's operating hours.

 - Experience in the same or a similar role is preferrable, but may not be a mandatory requirement for the right candidate.
