The Role:

As Client Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Custodian of the end-to-end client experience, including being the first point of contact.

  • Coordination of the client's service needs, including tax planning, management reporting, annual taxation, BAS etc; Preparation of financial statements.

  • Budgeting, costing and forecasting for a range of clients across diverse industries.

  • Preparation and presentation of management reporting and data driven insights.
  • Support the management team in the timely delivery of work.
  • Support junior team members and provide input for their development.

About You:

  • Commerce Background.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Australia.

  • Strong understanding of business operations.

  • Experience in direct client contact.

  • Experience with change management.
  • CA/CPA desirable, not required.

  • Systems based experience.

  • Drive for continuous professional development.

  • Curiosity to learn and willingness to train junior team members.
