Client Account Manager

As a key player in client relationship management, you will oversee the smooth administration of third-party client accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your strong communication and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain client accounts, including setup, closure, and documentation
- Act as a subject matter expert for system operations and provide front-line support for client queries
- Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients on stock management and inventory
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems and prepare reconciliation reports
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong customer service focus, including the ability to handle complaints professionally
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
