Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Define marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Identify growth opportunities and upsell additional services to clients.
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights through reports and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Collaborate with creative and media and digital teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Account Manager should have:

  • Experience in client-facing roles within marketing or an Account Manager within the media and agency industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using marketing and reporting tools.
  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
