Responsibilities
- Answering client enquiries and taking bookings, including diary management
- Coordinating client events and staff initiatives
- Assisting with IT issues, finance, and HR support, and implementing new equipment
- Generating analytical reports and managing KPIs
- Optimising procedures across a variety of areas to increase efficiency
- Ensuring office compliance with building management, corporate affairs, and security requirements
- Additional tasks where required to maintain smooth operations
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in an accounting role within professional services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills with precise attention to detail
- Fantastic IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Ignition highly regarded
