Responsibilities

  • Answering client enquiries and taking bookings, including diary management
  • Coordinating client events and staff initiatives
  • Assisting with IT issues, finance, and HR support, and implementing new equipment
  • Generating analytical reports and managing KPIs
  • Optimising procedures across a variety of areas to increase efficiency
  • Ensuring office compliance with building management, corporate affairs, and security requirements
  • Additional tasks where required to maintain smooth operations

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in an accounting role within professional services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and organisational skills with precise attention to detail
  • Fantastic IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Ignition highly regarded
