The Role: As Client Manager, you will be responsible for: Custodian of the end-to-end client experience, including being the first point of contact.
Coordination of the client's service needs, including tax planning, management reporting, annual taxation, BAS etc.; preparation of financial statements.
Budgeting, costing, and forecasting for a range of clients across diverse industries.
Preparation and presentation of management reporting and data-driven insights.
Support the management team in the timely delivery of work.
Support junior team members and provide input for their development.
About You: Commerce background.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Australia.
Strong understanding of business operations.
Experience with change management.
CA/CPA desirable, not required.
Systems-based experience.
Drive for continuous professional development.
Curiosity to learn and willingness to train junior team members.
