Australia's creative intelligence agenda and shape how the nation understands
and invests in the creative industries.
  • Drive
how Creative Australia communicates impact and public value through evidence
    and storytelling.
  • Grow

celebrated across Australia.

You will lead a high-performing directorate
of six senior leaders across research, evaluation, marketing, audience insight,

You will guide how Creative Australia

systems that reveal audience trends and sector performance, lead a national
marketing and engagement agenda that tells the story of creativity's impact,
and build partnerships that expand opportunity across the country and
internationally.

You will represent Creative Australia with
government, business, and cultural leaders shaping the national conversation

communities.

Success will be defined by stronger
partnerships, credible insight, and a clear national narrative about why
creativity matters.

multidisciplinary teams in marketing, research, and/or data-driven
    strategy.
  2. A record of turning evidence and
audience insight into action that has influenced decisions, engagement, or
    investment.
  3. Experience leading research,
evaluation, or market-intelligence programs with measurable outcomes.
  4. Strong
    communication and influencing skills.
  5. A record
of building and sustaining partnerships across government, industry and
    philanthropy.
  6. Commercial
and financial capability to deliver complex, high-impact programs.

This role suits
senior leaders from creative industries, data and research organisations,
public policy, or major marketing and communications environments who want to
use evidence and storytelling to drive national outcomes.
