The Role
As Sales Manager, reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, you will lead the Hyundai sales department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving sales performance and closing deals
  • Leading by example and mentoring your team
  • Managing manufacturer relationships and customer engagement
  • Overseeing department operations including stock control, fleet sales, advertising, lead management, and staff training
  • Achieving and exceeding NPS and other key performance indicators
