About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administration/Client Liaison to join our dynamic team at The trustee for BKB Family Trust (Down to Earth Training and Assessing) in Rockingham, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and client support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing efficient and professional administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Handling incoming inquiries and requests from clients, and ensuring prompt and effective resolution
  • Assisting with the coordination of client appointments and meetings
  • Maintaining accurate client records and databases
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of office procedures and systems
  • Collaborating with the team to support various projects and initiatives

  • Proven experience in a similar client-facing administrative or client liaison role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
