The Role
We're looking for a
Procurement & Supplier Officer
to take ownership of sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining strong partnerships with our suppliers. This role is central to ensuring that our customers always have access to the best range at the best prices. You'll be responsible for managing supplier relationships, optimising cost structures, and ensuring stock availability across our rapidly growing product range.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, wholesalers, and distributors
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms to maximise margins and efficiency
- Manage product sourcing, order volumes, and lead times to minimise stockouts
- Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to align procurement with demand forecasting and budgets
- Track supplier performance (pricing, quality, delivery) and resolve issues proactively
- Continuously explore new suppliers, product opportunities, and partnerships to strengthen our range
About You
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or supplier management (liquor, FMCG, or retail industry preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficiency with procurement or inventory management systems is a plus
