Admin Assistant
and play a key role in supporting our specialist division's helpdesk operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate Work Orders: Raise and allocate jobs from client requests, liaise with Contracts Managers and Supervisors.
  • Process Timesheets: Ensure accuracy and input data into spreadsheets.
  • Manage Job Documentation: Upload photos, paperwork, and update job statuses.
  • Track Progress: Create daily and weekly reports, update trackers and client portals.
  • Admin Support: Handle filing, archiving, and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Communicate Effectively: Be the link between operatives, supervisors, and clients.
  • Stay Sharp: Analyse job data, challenge inaccuracies, and ensure compliance.

What You'll Need

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
