About the role
We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Board Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of our Boards and Committees across ART, ART Life, and Subsidiaries. You'll work closely with Company Secretaries to manage meeting logistics, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Day to day, you'll:
- Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including invites, logistics, and on-the-day support.
- Draft and distribute meeting materials, including minutes and reports.
- Maintain accurate records in SharePoint and Diligent.
- Support updates to the ART website and intranet.
- Assist with document execution and regulatory information requests.
- Maintain procedures, checklists, and registers for the Secretariat team.
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual for a permanent part-time role, working at 0.5FTE
About you
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
- Advanced to intermediate skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with people at all skill levels.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple deadlines.
Well-developed attention to detail.
