About the role

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to provide support to the HR Department by handling a variety of administrative tasks within the employee lifecycle such as updating reporting data, maintaining employee records, and scheduling. You will be the first impressions for the company during the recruitment and onboarding process, assist employees daily with general HR queries, to leading the off boarding process across our multiple manufacturing sites.

Key Accountabilities & Technical skills:

  • Solid understanding of general HR documentation, such as employee contracts and HR policies/procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff during the first stages of employment to enhance the employee experience.
  • Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries, offering timely and accurate information and assistance.
  • Build trusted relationships across the business, acting as a liaison between employees and the HR team.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, culture-building activities, and events.
  • Assist in the coordination and facilitation of training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in line with privacy and legal requirements.
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and leave management in collaboration with internal teams.

About you

A tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (desirable).

Current Drivers License.

Previous experience in a Human Resources, People & Culture, or similar people-focused role.

Knowledge of HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, and employment legislation.
