The Opportunity

We are seeking a Recruitment and Operations professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can demonstrate strength in understanding people, managing process and maintaining precision. This is a diverse role that sits at the heart of our business, balancing recruitment, business client with chosen candidate and migration coordination, compliance and operational excellence to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Recruitment: Conduct high-level interviews with candidates, identifying not just skills but the nuances that make each individual unique.

· Systems & Process Management: Use, document and manage multiple workflows to ensure smooth movement from sales business customer initiation and on boarding through to candidate interviews, employment, post-placement and resettlement.

· Coordination & Organisation: Align employer job requests with the right candidates and oversee post-placement organisation and communication.

· Job Brief Writing: Prepare clear, detailed job briefs for our international recruitment partners.

· Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring professional, timely, and empathetic communication.

· Cultural Awareness: Demonstrate empathy and understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds, supporting a positive and respectful candidate experience.

· Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates to management, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and detail.

· Multitasking & Time Management: Manage consistent and competing priorities effectively in a demanding, fast-moving environment.

· Proven experience in recruitment or HR operations

· Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills

· Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

· Proficiency with or similar project management tools

· High level of written and verbal communication

· Strong reporting and documentation skills

· Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
