About the Role:
As our Quality and Projects Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Operations team by coordinating mobilisation activities, maintaining project boards, and ensuring documentation and compliance processes are seamless. You'll be responsible for scheduling stakeholder meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and supporting recruitment and tender documentation for new assets.

You'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, policy and procedure reviews, and compliance research — helping us maintain high standards across our operations. About You
You're a highly organised professional with strong project coordination and administrative skills. You're confident managing multiple tasks, liaising with stakeholders, and keeping projects on track. Experience in Student Accommodation, Build to Rent, or similar sectors is a bonus, and you bring a proactive mindset, excellent communication, and a knack for problem-solving to everything you do.

Key Criteria

  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Strong project management and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience using project management tools (desirable)
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement, including chairing meetings
  • Proven ability to draft, review, and update operational documentation
  • Experience in Student Accommodation, Build to Rent, or related sectors (desirable)
  • Proactive approach with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
