Aftersales & Client Solutions Coordinator
to support our sales team.

About The Role:

We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Client Solutions team. You'll play a vital part in supporting sales, coordinating technical and warranty processes, and assisting with key administration tasks that keep our business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service – Build strong relationships with customers and distributors, manage enquiries, coordinate technical support and warranty processes, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
  • Internal Sales – Provide seamless support to the sales team, maintain accurate customer records in our CRM (MYOB), and assist with sales/purchase orders when required.
  • Administration – Support a range of administrative activities, from reporting to documentation updates, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

About You

You're a coordinator or admin who is looking for the next challenge.

Your skills will include,

  • Proven experience in customer service or internal sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (MYOB experience an advantage)
  • A collaborative team spirit, with the initiative to work independently when needed
  • Background in manufacturing, logistics, or transport (desirable)
