Your Opportunity to Make an Impact

We have a 6-month fixed-term opportunity as Corporate Health Partnerships Manager – VIC, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing private health insurance (PHI) through an existing strategic portfolio, while also acquiring new corporate clients.

To drive this growth, you'll partner with senior stakeholders to execute the corporate sales strategy—focusing on business development, relationship management, and delivering strong sales performance.

You're an experienced B2B Sales Professional who will support the portfolio's transition from a PHI focus to a broader health care company. This means moving beyond the traditional PHI model to promote Medibank's broader health offerings.

Where You Can Make a Difference

  • Establish a comprehensive enterprise-level sales plan for your territory.
  • Deliver a sophisticated account management and business development sales model.
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic business development.
  • Grow and retain new business accounts.
  • Collaborate with Health & Wellbeing (H&W) teams to stay informed on all programs available to corporate clients.
  • Submit new business proposals and tender responses with support from internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage existing and new relationships to identify future business development opportunities.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Melbourne-based with proven B2B sales experience in a relationship-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing accounts.
  • Exceptional relationship management, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
  • Skilled in using CRM systems for sales management, analytics, and reporting.
  • Significant experience in the health insurance industry.
  • A true people person with the ability to build effective, positive relationships—from senior stakeholders to business leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong organisational skills and adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Confidence in managing multiple priorities and keeping the plates spinning.
