Strategic. Collaborative. Global. Make your mark in international education

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Partnership Marketing Manager to lead global marketing initiatives for IELTS, the world's leading English language test. This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate with international partners, influence brand strategy, and drive marketing excellence across B2B and B2C audiences.

What You'll Do

• Represent IDP IELTS in global forums and drive strategic marketing outcomes.
• Lead brand consistency and messaging across all IELTS communications and assets.
• Manage marketing for product launches, operational improvements, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans focused on brand health, digital growth, and stakeholder engagement.
• Build recognition with universities, governments, and industry stakeholders.
• Advocate for test takers through impactful content, preparation tools, and customer-centric initiatives.

What You Bring

• 6+ years in senior marketing roles with strong B2B and B2C experience.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence across cultures.
• Expertise in product launch communications, project management, and agency/vendor collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex offerings.
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications.
• Experience in international education, language testing, or migration-related sectors is a plus.

Flexibility and global collaboration

This is a global-facing role requiring collaboration across multiple time zones.

Flexibility to participate in out of standard office hours calls is essential.

Occasional international travel may be required to attend partner meetings and industry events.
