Job description:

Make an Impact Where It Matters Most. Join IDP, a global leader in international education, and help shape the future for thousands of students. As our Senior Partnerships Coordinator, you'll manage referral and affiliate relationships, coordinate onboarding, and support strategic initiatives led by our Commercial Partnerships Manager.

You'll be the connector between our external partners and internal regional sales teams—ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and delivery of partner benefits. This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates clearly, and takes ownership to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day partner communications and onboarding
  • Coordinate training and benefit delivery across our global network
  • Track performance and generate insights
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns
  • Support strategic initiatives and internal alignment
  • Be the glue between partners and internal stakeholders

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or account coordination
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • A proactive mindset and hunger to make things happen
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and under pressure

Profile description:

As our Senior Partnerships Coordinator, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our Student Essentials ecosystem—managing referral and affiliate relationships, coordinating partner onboarding, and ensuring seamless delivery of benefits that enhance the student experience. You'll work closely with our Commercial Partnerships Manager and regional sales teams, acting as the glue between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure everyone has what they need to succeed.
