Role purpose

As our Senior Partnerships Coordinator, you'll be the operational heartbeat of IDP's Student Essentials ecosystem—managing referral and affiliate relationships, coordinating partner onboarding, and ensuring seamless delivery of benefits that enhance the student experience. You'll work closely with our Commercial Partnerships Manager and regional sales teams, acting as the glue between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure everyone has what they need to succeed.

This is a full time permanent opportunity based out of our corporate Melbourne Quarters office. 

What you'll do
  • Own day-to-day partner communications, onboarding, and engagement
  • Juggle multiple priorities with confidence and clarity
  • Track performance and deliver actionable insights
  • Collaborate with marketing on partner campaigns
  • Support strategic initiatives led by the Partnerships Manager
  • Solve problems with a proactive, can-do attitude
What you bring
  • 5+ years in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or account coordination
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised and able to thrive under pressure
  • A hunger to learn, take ownership, and make things happen
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
