The Opportunity:
We're seeking a driven and strategic Enablement Manager - Health in Melbourne or Syndey, to help shape and deliver initiatives that elevate our Health proposition. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the Head of Distribution & Enablement, Health, partnering across teams to drive impactful outcomes in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
You'll play a key role in delivering purpose-led solutions that improve member health outcomes, support sustainable growth, and strengthen relationships with our partners and customers. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving capabilities, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery experience, alongside a mindset focused on innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
To do this successfully you will:
- Supporting the development and execution of Health Distribution, Growth & Conversion strategy
- Identifying and driving strategic opportunities
- Optimising operational processes
- Ensuring successful delivery of initiatives aligned with AIA Health and AIAA's broader business objectives
- Monitor performance against strategic goals, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for optimisation
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across the health portfolio
- Support the development and delivery of the Health Distribution Strategic Business Plan
- Use negotiation and presentation skills to influence outcomes, optimise resources, and align stakeholders to strategic goals
- Identify and pursue mutually beneficial opportunities to expand market reach and improve service delivery
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in strategic planning and business analysis
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from complex data
- Skilled in crafting clear, concise, and compelling stakeholder presentations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management and delivery
- Industry experience in Financial Services, Life Insurance, and/or Health Insurance
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong commercial acumen and numeracy, with advanced problem-solving skills
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a positive, can-do attitude
