12 month fixed term contract
Working with Head of business development AUNZ to support and enable sales growth activities.
This role will support Latitudes growth strategy on new, large-scale partnerships in current and core verticals by working closely with HO BD & Retail partnership lead enabling the growth aspiration of the business.
Working with the relevant stakeholders, this role will be key in enabling the external engagements and document preparation/presentation along with enhancing the internal processes surrounding the BD sales function.
In this role, you'll:
- Project manage end to end onboarding process of new partners
- Establishing the correct online and in-store presence for newly on boarded partners Support the broader sales function with key material impacting open RFP"s, presentation and information submission and document preparation for external/internal initiatives.
- Working with key internal business stakeholders (Legal/compliance/finance/etc) to enable activity and partner growth.
- Key point of contact for new merchants during go to market works
Sales Administration
- Merchant account activations and assurance of key requirements such as online awareness etc being completed as per each partner agreement
- Managing approval process internally with legal and compliance and partner for advertising
- Account updates- Settlement account changes, trading and mailing address, change to company directors, change to company type or ABN/NZBN
- Adding new stores for existing merchants
- Co-ordinating instore promotional material
- On-going training requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A solid background in sales through a B2B environment of 5+ years. Working with online retailers, we are looking for a motivated, self-directing team player who engages at all levels.
- Has a strong understanding of retail sales and Regulated Finance payments.
- Can adjust style and adapt to varying audiences such as C-suite and sales staff in medium sized to enterprise business
- Has exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills whilst also being a great negotiator Is agile, flexible and creative whilst also working toward a forward plan.
- Self-driven, enjoys the details and can proactively manage time/priorities
