About the Opportunity

CormTech is proud to partner with a leading national law firm embarking on an exciting AI transformation journey.

We're seeking a Change Enablement Manager who will help legal professionals embrace AI to simplify and elevate the client experience. This is a key opportunity to influence how lawyers engage with technology, drive behavioural change, and embed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

In this newly created role, you'll design and deliver strategies that uplift organisational capability, enhance digital confidence, and enable seamless adoption of AI-driven tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with legal leaders and practice teams to reimagine and simplify client interactions using emerging technology.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and change planning across all levels of the organisation.
  • Coach and mentor leaders to build change leadership capability and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Design and deliver training, learning pathways, and enablement toolkits tailored to legal professionals.
  • Conduct readiness assessments, adoption tracking, and behavioural change analysis to measure impact.

About You

You're an engaging, change leader who thrives in people-focused environments. You understand that successful transformation is built on empathy, influence, and trust.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in Change Enablement, Change Management, or Organisational Development in a professional services or transformation context.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, behavioural change, and communications.
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with a passion for helping professionals adapt to new technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting technology or AI-led change initiatives.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and resilient approach.
