Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to

- Developing and implementing practical compliance solutions aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to embed compliance into business processes and decision-making.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across all levels of the Fund.
- Driving continuous improvement in compliance practices, frameworks, and reporting.
- Developing and delivering general and subject-specific communications, guidance, and training to colleagues, tailored to their roles.
- Maintaining compliance-owned standards, guidance, and procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders.
What You'll Need
- Extensive experience in a compliance role within financial services
- Strong experience in a superannuation role that demonstrates a high level of knowledge about superannuation laws and associated regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional project teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks.
- High level of personal integrity as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters
- Ability to develop and maintain high quality interpersonal relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside the Fund.
- RG 146 competent with ongoing CPD to support (or willingness to complete).
- Strong knowledge of financial products, financial services and consumer protection laws.
- Experience and/or exposure with developing new frameworks, policies, and standards for business use
