About the Role
The Head of Advice Enablement leads the enablement function for private advice, including technology, client service, paraplanning, process and initiatives, and capability. The role will oversee the delivery of excellent client outcomes from advice. The role is responsible for developing and delivering the advice initiative pipeline, advice technology, robust risk management and compliance, and ensuring the efficient and effective production of advice documents and client service support. The role will collaborate with other leaders in private advice, ANZ Private Bank and more broadly across ANZ.

What will your day look like?
As an Advice Director, you will:
- Deliver high-quality advice and service to private clients.
- Strengthen advice proposition and client engagement.
- Oversee efficient production and implementation of advice documents.
- Build a strong, inclusive, high-performing service culture within the enablement team.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Shape and execute ANZ Private's advice strategy and align initiatives to improve client outcomes.
- Lead advice technology systems and drive innovation.
- Inspire, mentor, and manage the enablement team's performance and development.
- Collaborate across Private Advice and ANZ Private Bank leadership.
- Manage and resolve client complaints and incidents per policy.
- Own advice pricing and support lead generation, client events, and marketing activities.
- Support and contribute to the Private Advice momentum plan and broader ANZ success.

- Expertise in advice technology, processes, and controls
- Solid understanding of financial law, regulation, and compliance
- Skilled in building trust with advisers and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills
- Strong product knowledge across investment, insurance, and financial solutions
