is a leading Sydney-based recruitment firm. We work across the APAC region, providing recruitment and executive search services to prestigious investment banks, fund managers, private equity firms, legal & accounting practices, and major corporate clients.

Due to ongoing client demand, we're expanding our high-performing teams across the following verticals:

  • Technology & Cyber Security
  • Legal
  • Governance, Risk & Compliance

We are now seeking
experienced Recruitment Consultants
to join us at either the
Associate Consultant
or
Principal Consultant
level.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with a mix of established and emerging clients:

Client Engagement

  • Attend client meetings to take briefs and provide market insights
  • Offer strategic hiring advice, salary benchmarking, and workforce planning
  • Host and attend industry events to build client relationships

Recruitment Delivery

  • Lead executive search assignments, from market mapping to offer negotiation
  • Source and engage top talent utilising a range of the latest technology tools
  • Manage candidate and client communications throughout the process

Business Development

  • Identify and connect with new clients in your specialist area
  • Build and grow your own client portfolio with full support

Candidate Management

  • Maintain regular contact with top candidates in your network
  • Provide market updates, career advice, and recruitment opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Previous recruitment experience – ideally in the finance, legal or technology sector
  • Strong understanding of the
    Australian market
  • A track record of successful placements and strong client/candidate relationships
  • Confidence using a range of recruitment systems and products.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Educated to a tertiary level (University degree).
