Your role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sydney team as a Recruitment Consultant and grow your career Randstad has opportunities in our Business Support team, working closely with Government clients and recruiting office admin positions.

How your day will look:

  • Nurture and grow relationships with Randstad's established clients
  • Establish and develop your own business and relationships
  • 360 end to end recruitment on a temporary or permanent desk
  • You will build strong candidate pipelines for job opportunities

What we are looking for in you:

You will be an experienced sales professional or experience working in a busy call-centre environment with a proven track record in hitting targets. To be successful in this role you must be self motivated, outcome focused and self confident. You will have exceptional communication skills and be a resilient person who thrives on challenges.
