About the Opportunity

As part of our recruitment growth strategy in Sydney, a key strategic focus will prioritise expanding our Finance recruitment offering. We are seeking driven, 360-degree recruiters with significant experience developing relationships, driving sales whilst managing recruitment for Finance & Accounting roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipate and identify client needs, turning new opportunities into lasting relationships.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for clients within your portfolio
• Candidate research, pooling and building talent communities within key recruitment verticals to support your client portfolio
• Consistently meet performance benchmarks in support of the team business plan as well as service and compliance standards.
• Actively support the team in client and candidate management activities including attending meetings, providing market intelligence and advice.
• Provide career and recruitment advice to candidates and clients which are professional, useful, ethical and memorable, creating a lasting impression of Davidson.
• Be accountable; drive your own business development activity as well as service and compliance standards.
• Act with integrity and with a genuine care for others. Is authentic and honest, with a willingness to express views with courage and compassion. Values diversity, ethics and fosters a safe working environment for all.
• Maintain a positive and balanced outlook with a focus on resilience and wellbeing within a Sales environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a highly experienced Finance & Accounting recruiter is advantageous.
• Exposure to a commercially focused business with an understanding of how to drive and implement sales targets.
• A can-do attitude and hunger for learning.
• Self-starter and keen eye for detail
• Resilience and problem-solving skills
