That's why we've built something different – a business where you're trained, mentored, and supported, but free to design your own schedule and work from anywhere in the world (imagine closing a placement while sipping an espresso in Rome – we've seen it happen).

About the Role

This is a fully remote, commission-based role where you'll have the flexibility to build your career on your terms. You'll start by learning the ropes with hands-on mentoring, working real roles alongside our experienced consultants. We'll train you to recruit with confidence, manage end-to-end processes, and deliver a world-class candidate and client experience.

From there, you'll grow into business development and relationship management – building your own portfolio of clients while still having us in your corner for support and guidance.

This isn't a "cookie cutter" recruitment job. We want you to own your space, bring your personality to the role, and grow into someone who can proudly say:

What We're Looking For

Experience as a recruiter is not required. Our approach is different, and we're happy to teach you everything you need to know. What matters is your attitude.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about people and conversations (a true conversationalist at heart)
  • Driven, motivated, and ambitious – the kind of person who wants to be the best at what they do
  • Hungry to learn and eager to build something of their own
  • A self-starter who thrives with flexibility and independence
  • An Australian citizen or permanent resident, with knowledge of the Australian market in any industry (experience in hospitality or retail is a bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our team to recruit across live roles (sourcing, screening, and managing candidates)
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates – think long-term, not transactional
  • Grow your own client base with our training, support, and mentorship
  • Manage your own workflow and schedule – this is truly your business within ours
