What is the role?

We have a full-time opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team as an Accounts Receivable & Payable Supervisor.

Responsibilities that come with the role

  • Supervision and processing of the Accounts Receivable process for warehouse & supplier income and store retailer charges to ensure all processes are maintained and processed to a high standard within weekly & monthly time frames.
  • Supervise Company credit card & Telstra charges are processed accurately and within monthly time frames.
  • Create Monthly Supplier & Warehouse Income Reports.
  • Supervise and develop team members within the accounts receivable team.
  • Finance Accounting.
  • Timely and accurate supervision of the Accounts Receivable function to enable accurate recording of income streams & production of monthly financial reports.
  • Assist IT with maintaining the accuracy of the monthly supplier rebates and stock reports to ensure store retailers and suppliers receive accurate information through to billing process.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable Supervisor role.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Exposure to 'Sage' accounting package would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Experience in high volume transaction environments, with a high level of data entry accuracy.
