What is the role?

We have a full-time opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.

Responsibilities that come with the role

  • The accounts receivable clerk is responsible for processing and balancing weekly and monthly store retailer charges and credits in an accurate and timely manner to meet weekly and monthly time frames.
  • Produce monthly supplier Claims and reports.
  • Maintain accurate excel reports of all charges and credits.
  • Accurate filing of all documents.

Knowledge and Experience:

·       Minimum of 2 years experience in an Accounts Receivable and Payables role.

·       Computer literacy in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel and Word.

·       Exposure to 'Sage accounting package would be an advantage, but not essential.

·       Experience in high volume transaction environments, with a high level of data entry accuracy.
