Play a vital role in managing the company's accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance. MYOB and CRM experience is required. It is preferable (but not essential) if you possess experience in Ascora, our trade job management software.

Communication and coordination between technicians, customers and management are key administrative requirements. This role is well suited if you possess strong organisational and time management skills, are self-disciplined, and enjoy problem solving. If you are motivated, flexible, can multi-task you will enjoy and find this fast-paced role rewarding.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • BAS and superannuation preparation and lodgement
  • Maintaining employee records and assisting with general administration
  • CRM management
  • Job Planning and Scheduling
  • Customer Service and communication
