Account Manager – Health Care Division
Location: Mon–Thu in market, Fri planning and reporting
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Incentives
Our client is on a strong growth trajectory — with a clear plan to expand their
footprint in the Health Care sector. They are seeking an Account Manager who
is passionate about health care and thrives on building trusted relationships
that create measurable results.
This role is not about maintenance — it's about growth. You'll be in the
market, connecting with decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and
managing a live pipeline with structure and intent.
The Opportunity
As Account Manager – Health Care Division, you will:
Manage and grow a defined portfolio of health care clients and
prospects, driving a 4x return on your total package through disciplined
activity and client engagement.
Build new relationships within existing accounts and identify cross-sell
and upsell opportunities.
Execute a structured activity plan: 6 face-to-face client visits per day
(Mon–Thu) with Friday reserved for planning, proposals, and reporting.
Move prospects through the pipeline — DISCOVERY → Proposal → Win
— with a focus on GP% and long-term relationships.
Maintain full transparency of all visits, proposals, and outcomes in CRM.
Collaborate with internal operations to ensure smooth onboarding and
customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
A sales professional with a background in B2B account management or
business development, ideally within health care, consumables, or
medical supplies.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills — you can build credibility
quickly and foster trust-based relationships.
Organised, accountable, and self-motivated — you know your numbers
and take ownership of results.
A proactive communicator who thrives on field activity and structured
follow-up.
A current driver's licence and the ability to travel within the metro
region.
What Success Looks Like
6 quality client visits per day, supported by clear follow-up and CRM
discipline.
A live, active pipeline delivering consistent new business growth.
New accounts added monthly, alongside measurable portfolio
expansion.
You're recognised by your clients as a trusted adviser who delivers value
and reliability.
The Package
Base Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 + Super
Car Allowance
Incentives: Rewarding performance bonuses for new business and
