We are looking for an experienced Property Manager, with strong knowledge of legislation and customer service focused approach. Our client has organically built their business from the ground up, creating strong relationships and earning a reputation as the go-to agency in the area

This role is relationship focused, maintaining prompt communication with Landlords to provide exceptional customer service. You will oversee a local portfolio based in Western suburbs and conduct ingoing and outgoing condition reports, oversee routines reports and make the final decisions on all rental applicants.

Required

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in end to end portfolio management
  • A Certificate of Registration or Certificate IV
  • Strong knowledge of legislation
  • A genuine pride in providing great customer service
  • A Team Player that wants to be part of a fun loving culture
  • An efficient operator with great time management & organisation
  • Professional personal presentation
