In this role you will work with the Directors, People Experience Coordinator & clinical lead members in the management team. You will be responsible for recruitment of new employees and assist with the onboarding of our care team, to deliver premium care to our clients. You will also work with the admin team to ensure that all our systems and initiatives are executed according to Nurse Next Door's operating model, purpose of Making Lives Better, core values and brand.
