
Supply Chain Analyst

Role purpose:
The Supply Chain Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the supply chain operations team and 3PL providers to deliver an efficient and cost effective operation through advanced data analysis and process automation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and the 3PL partner to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operations/Project Support
● Main point of contact for NZ 3PL for operations coordination
● Main point of contact for 3PL distribution operations coordination
● Maintain inventory alignment and system flow for all inbound and outbound orders for ANZ
3PL providers
● Maintain order flow between KA and 3PL WMS
● Automate Supply Chain processes to increase efficiency and remove non value add tasks
● Document all Supply Chain work flows
● Develop and maintain all Supply Chain operations SOP
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to remove barriers to success
● Develop key performance indicators within contracts to measure and manage vendor compliance
● Work with ANZ operations team on improvement projects Reporting
● Develop and maintain 3PL cost tracker to identify trends for cost improvement initiatives
● Develop and maintain 3PL KPI dashboard to identify performance opportunities
● Analyze profit plan forecast and convert to outbound forecast data to ensure 3PL partners
can plan labor effectively to meet monthly outlook
● Analyze supply forecast and convert to inbound forecast data for 3PL to manage priority shipments
● Develop and maintain KA-3PL WMS inventory alignment report
● Develop and maintain Order cadence reporting between KA-3PL WMS
● Documenting 3PL/Supplier Non-conformance
Essential: Skills and Specifications:
● Degree or Diploma in logistics/supply chain materials management or similar
● Advanced reporting skills
● Advanced google/microsoft suite
● Strong analytical expertise.
● Advanced computer and systems skills.
● Excellent written and oral communication skills.
● Strong time management skills.
● Superb interpersonal and persuasive skills.
● Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers,
suppliers and internal stakeholders.
● Ability to work with minimal supervision and capable of making independent decisions.
Desirable:
● Bachelors in engineering/analytics
● Change management skills
● Direct operations experience in supply chain environment
