Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Ecolab Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year

At Ecolab, every role has an impact. As a Supply Planning Analyst, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products are available where and when our customers need them — supporting critical industries like food, healthcare, and hospitality.

We're looking for someone who's ready to grow their career in supply chain and planning — someone analytical, curious, and collaborative, who loves problem-solving and making data come to life.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the end-to-end supply planning process — from forecasting through to inventory and order fulfilment

  • Analyse product, demand, and inventory data to help maintain the right stock levels across our network

  • Build and maintain Excel reports and dashboards using pivot tables, lookups, and other analytical tools

  • Partner with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to identify and resolve supply issues

  • Contribute to process improvements that help reduce waste, improve accuracy, and boost efficiency

  • Learn from experienced supply planners and develop your skills within a supportive, global organisation

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience or exposure to supply or demand planning, inventory management, or data analysis (through work, or internship)

  • Soldi Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data organisation

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills – comfortable working with people across different teams

  • A proactive, curious mindset — someone who asks "why" and enjoys problem-solving

  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, or a related field

Why Ecolab?

At Ecolab, you'll be part of a team that values growth, collaboration, and making a difference. Some of the benefits you could enjoy include:

  • Training and mentorship to support your professional development

  • A values-driven, inclusive culture where your ideas are encouraged

  • Opportunities to grow your career across different areas of supply chain and operations

  • The chance to work with a company recognised globally for sustainability and innovation

  • Purchased Additional Annual Leave option and MY Days bonus leave program

  • Rewarding Bonus and Incentive programs

  • Attractive Staff Product Discounts

  • Access to the Ecolab holiday house in Lake Taupo NZ

  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
