We are seeking a
Business Analyst
for a Supply Chain Project based in Sydney.

Skillset (Must have):

Mandatory:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on supply chain operations.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including but not limited to:
  • Demand Planning & Forecasting
  • Inventory Management
  • Warehousing & Distribution
  • Transportation & Logistics
  • Order Fulfillment
  • Procurement
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting complex business requirements.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Highly Recommended (Optional but a significant advantage):

  • Experience with
    Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (WMS)
    or
    Manhattan Associates Transport Management System (TMS)
    , including implementation, configuration, or optimisation projects.
  • Familiarity with other supply chain planning or execution systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, HighJump).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Supply Chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
  • Basic understanding of SQL for data querying and analysis.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, translating technical jargon into business-friendly language and vice-versa.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables.
