Your Role & Responsibilities

Impactful Transformation Projects

  • Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies and solutions, from distribution network optimisation to future-state design.
  • Analyse and improve logistics, warehousing, and fulfilment operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to support long-term strategic planning for clients.

Client & Project Management

  • Deliver high-impact supply chain consultancy projects, ensuring commercial and strategic objectives are met.
  • Partner closely with key client stakeholders, developing trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to maintain high-quality outcomes.

Business Growth & Thought Leadership

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients by leveraging cross-functional internal relationships.
  • Support the development of compelling proposals and bids for supply chain transformation projects
  • Contribute to thought leadership, industry insights, and innovative supply chain strategies
  • Develop and support the creation, standardization and continuous improvement of collateral, content and strategic models within TMX.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and develop junior consultants & analysts, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
  • Support the recruitment and training of top supply chain talent.
  • Drive inclusivity, well-being, and leadership excellence within TMX Transform.

What You Bring

Experience & Expertise

  • 5+ years of supply chain industry experience in consulting or within a client-side supply chain operation.
  • Deep technical expertise in network strategy, supply chain transformation, DC design and automation or technical program management.
  • Proven track record of driving and delivering large-scale supply chain projects.
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling and business case development.
  • Experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders across client, business, industry and executive levels to support driving successful project outcomes

Skills & Tools

  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
