We are a close-knit, fast-moving team based in the heart of Surry Hills (just 10 minutes from Central Station).


THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a commercially savvy and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Merchandise Allocation Coordinator to join our Operations team. You'll play a critical role in purchasing, supply chain management, and inventory allocation across our Online and Outlet channels.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, analytical, and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced consumer products environment.

You will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and our 3PL logistics partners to ensure the right stock arrives on time and is allocated where it will drive the best result.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage purchase orders, supplier lead times and seasonal order windows
  • Coordinate international freight bookings and track inbound shipments
  • Plan and execute product allocations across Online and Outlet channels
  • Analyse stock turns and optimise channel allocations based on sales and aged inventory
  • Maintain clean and accurate product master data across all systems
  • Monitor inventory availability for online ranges and outlet replenishment
  • Support new product launches, pricing updates and promotional campaigns
  • Liaise with warehouse and transport partners to resolve logistics issues
  • Contribute to working capital improvement by optimising stock levels

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2+ years' experience in supply chain, merchandise planning, inventory or logistics
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proven ability to manage data accuracy and product master files
  • Great time management and the ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Sound understanding of inventory management and stock allocations
  • Experience working with 3PLs and international suppliers preferred
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work cross-functionally
