looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base
and grow our business.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven professional to generate new leads, build client relationships, and
drive sales growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on networking, identifying
opportunities, and turning prospects into long-term partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Track sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in
[construction/real estate/development]).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
